[Shipper Pro] Migrating from an existing WPMUDev dedicated server to Unlimited server.

Customers should be able to easily migrate within the WPMUDev system…currently according to support a migration from a dedicated WPMU server to an Unlimited server isn’t supported! This seems like a major oversight. I’m sure there are technical reasons, but an API migrations should be super easy between your own servers!

    I had a lot of issues transferring a few sites over. All small and none went smoothly but that’s OK, small meant low traffic in these cases.

    Manual and API both failed for shipper and DNS took a while to adjust.

    So yes, I’d like to see a solution that makes moving from one type of WPMUDEV hosting to the other easier.

    At this time, since the Unlimited Hosting is a new feature offered, we’re unable to provide an ETA for any improvements or changes, as this would first need to be evaluated and compatibility with current functionality would need to be verified. We also appreciate the additional detail about the issues you encountered with both manual and API migrations, as well as DNS adjustment timing.
